In the order dated 28.11.2022, there was direction to the learned State Counsel to take instruction by filing instruction memo wherein the Tahasildar, Sukinda has brought to the notice of this Court that for re-opening of the R.P. Case involve herein, notice has already been issued to all the parties concerned by fixing the date of hearing to 07.12.2022 and there is also undertaken to complete the proceeding by next month.

In this view of the commitment of the Tahasildar, Sukinda nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present proceeding thus stands disposed of. This Court clarifies, in the event, there is difficulty in service of notice on all parties, learned counsel for the Petitioners since agree, Special Messenger service mode may be applied at the cost of the Petitioners.
