Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "Therefore the petitioners most humbly pray before this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow this writ petition, call for the records and documents, issue notice to the Opp. Parties, and after hearing both sides, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass necessary order to disposed up the representation dated 27.08.2021 and 30.08.2021 vide Aanenxure-3 and 4 within a stipulated period; And be pleased to pass an order tor received the rent from the petitioners towards Rajabhoga by Opp.Party No.3. Any other or further order/orders, direction/directions deems fit and proper pass in favour of the petitioners/" 3.

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioners on the self same issue vide Annexure-3 is pending consideration, without

expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioners vide Annexure-3 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioners.
