The Petitioner, by filing this application, seeks modification of order dated 02.05.2022 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.15437 of 2021.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the petition averments, this application stands disposed of with the observation that when the occasion would so arise before the learned Court in seisin of the case for consideration of the prayer for grant of regular bail of the Petitioner, the Court in seisin of the case would take into account all such developments which have taken place in the meantime in their proper prospective as also the factum of grant of bail to the co-accused persons and if similarly situated with the Petitioner on the ground of parity in disposing the motion early in accordance with law.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
