Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioners are in custody since 31.08.2021 in connection with Kharavel Nagar P.S. Case No. 357 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 6023 of 2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 147/148/341/294/323/332/353/307/427/506/149 /337 of IPC read with Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and

proper to impose including the condition that they shall personally appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
