Looking to the nature of grievance of the Petitioners, this Order No.

Court finds, in the first instance there should be an attempt before the Competent Authority for considering the grievance involved herein. It is at this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty for the Petitioners to file a detailed representation before O.P.2. Let a representation be filed before O.P.2 within ten days. In such event there shall be a decision, as appropriate, by O.P.2 considering the livelihood aspect of the Petitioners involved herein by undertaking the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of such representation.
