1. This is an application under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. for bail and the offences alleged are under Secs.20(b)(ii)(C)/25/28/29 of the NDPS Act.

2. Heard Mr. B. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. G. Mohanty, learned Senior Panel Counsel for NCB.

3. Having heard both the parties, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on bail differing from earlier order of this Court dated 5.08.2021 passed in BLAPL No.3771 of 2020. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

4. The BLAPL is dismissed.

5. However, as prayed for by the Petitioner, learned trial court is directed to complete the trial by end of November, 2022. ( B.P. Routray) Judge B.K. Barik
