04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. R.N. Acharya, learned counsel for the ReviewPetitioner.

3. This Review Petition has been filed seeking review of the order dtd.07.03.2017 passed by the learned Tribunal in O.A. No. 3432(C) of 2013. But this Court finds that the order dtd.07.03.2017 is not enclosed to the Review Petition. Not only that even though the Review Petition is filed seeking review of the order dt.07.03.2017, but no application seeking for condonation of delay has been filed. On the request of the learned Standing Counsel though the matter was adjourned on 26.09.2022, 12.10.2022 and 15.11.2022, today when the matter was taken up, Mr. Acharya prayed for some time to regularize the matter.

4. Since the Review Petition has been filed since 2019 and in spite of several opportunity, learned Standing Counsel is unable to rectify the defects, this Court is not inclined to grant any further

// 2 // time. On the ground of such latches of the Review Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the matter and dismiss the same. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy) Judge Sneha
