This contempt petition has been filed against the Opposite Parties-Contemnors for non-compliance of the order dated 25.10.2018 passed by the learned Member (Judicial), Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.2990(C) of 2013.

Since this Court dismissed the review application, i.e., RVWPET (RPC) No.44 of 2019 filed by the State-Opposite Parties, the Opposite PartiesContemnors are allowed further two months time to comply with the dated 25.10.2018 passed by the learned Member (Judicial), Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.2990(C) of 2013.

If the aforesaid order is not complied with within the aforesaid extended period, serious view shall be taken against the Opposite PartiesContemnors.

The contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
