1. Mr. Mallik, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and Order No.

submits, his client's document for registration was refused by SubRegistrar, Dollipur (O.P.3) on order of refusal dated 9th September, 2021. He submits, ground for refusal does not give particulars of the case allegedly pending in the Court of Hon'ble Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the authority acted on information received from the Tahasildar on letter dated 11th December, 2018, mentioned in the ground.

The ground stated in the refusal memo dated 9th September, 2021, is reproduced below:- "Document bearing Khata No.771/331, Plot No.284/2844 of corresponding to Sabak Khata No.15, MouzaChandama is coming OEA Plots which are now subjudice in the Court of Hon'ble Member, Board of Revenue Odisha, Cuttack and Hon'ble Member CLR & S Odisha, Cuttack as per report of the Tahasildar Vyasanagar vide letter No.7563, Dt.11.12.2018.

So this document is refused for registration." 4.

Opposite party no.3 is directed to furnish copy of letter dated 11th December, 2018 mentioned in the order of refusal, to petitioner upon petitioner approaching with copy of this order. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of.
