The Original Application No.1394 of 2019 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OA) No.1394 of 2019.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the opposite parties in not revising the benefit as per the Revised Assured Carrier Progression Scheme (RACPS) under Odisha Orissa Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 2008. At the time of hearing, Sri Deba Kumar Rath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Petition has become infructuous by efflux of time and the relief sought for does not survive any more. 3.

In view of such submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
