Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsels for the State.

On perusal of the rejection order, wherein it has been stated that the victim is aged about eight years old. 4.

Taking into account the tender age of the victim, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application. The learned Court in seisin of the matter would do well to expedite the Trial within the period specified.

The copy of the order be communicated to the Court in seisin of the matter by the Registry.

The BLAPL thus stands dismissed.

7.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rule.
