The petitioners are stated to have filed a representation vide Annexure- 1 before the Additional Secretary-cum-Director, Water Resources Department- Opp. Party No.2 for the benefit under the Orissa Resettlement and Rehabilitation Policy of 2006 (ORRP, 2006 for short). The land of the petitioners is stated to have been acquired for Manzor Irrigation Project.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Additional Secretary-cum-Director, Water Resources Department-
Opp. Party No.2, to dispose of the representation of the petitioners vide Annexure-1 in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order or true soft copy available in the Orissa High Court's website.

The petitioners are directed to supply a copy of the writ petition containing all the Annexures along with a certified copy of this Order to Opp. Party No.2 for convenience & reference to Annexure-1.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 7.
As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515, dated 7th January, 2022.
