Heard the submission of respective parties.

Petitioner has simple request for registration of its Organization engaged in making advertisement in the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation area. It appears, on the selfsame issue the Petitioner has a pending application vide Annexure-6 before the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation. This Court, therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs, a lawful decision on the claim of the Petitioner vide Annexure-6 be taken at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. This Court here records the submission of learned counsel for Petitioner that the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-6 has nothing to do with the advertisement aspect.
