This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.2 to release arrear from 16.02.2009 to 19.12.2013 as D.S.P. and for the period from 20.12.2013 to 30.09.2017, as Addl. S.P. in his favour, within a stipulated time. 3.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-4 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.
As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure4, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
