1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. It has been stated at the Bar that the victim girl has been rescued on 9th January, 2022. After recording her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., for some time she was lodged in the care of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) and thereafter her custody has been restored to her parents.
3. In view of this, this proceeding has become infructuous and accordingly, the same stands closed and disposed of.
