Mr. Sahu, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients seek direction upon opposite party no.2 to make enquiry regarding unlawful activities at Sri Budhheswar Mahadev Temple, Devgosal. His clients say that such activities are being done by present management. To that end, they made representation dated 17th September, 2022, to said opposite party. 2.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State while Ms. Naidu, learned advocate, for opposite party no.2.

We direct opposite party no.2 to consider and deal with petitioners' said representation dated 17th September, 2022 and, in event there is substance in the allegations made therein, to initiate action in accordance with law or inform petitioners of rejection of their contention. Either way said opposite party will inform petitioners within six weeks of communication. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
