Mr. Pradhan, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, the bank did not disburse the sanctioned amount. As such they do not have justification to retain security taken in respect of the sanctioned amount. His client by representation dated 30th January 2021 requested the bank to release excess security obtained by it. The representation has not been considered.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

There is no necessity for issuance of notice on the bank. Opposite party no.3 is directed to deal with and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 30th January 2021, copy of which
// 2 // is at page 14 of the writ petition. Petitioner will approach said opposite party with copy of the writ petition and this order. Result of consideration of the representation be made known to petitioner within three weeks from communication.
