This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the orders dated 24th December, 2021 (Annexure-1) and 22nd October, 2022 (Annexure-2) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal in Cr.P. Case No.36 of 2020 and Cr.P. No.107 of 2022 respectively.

Since two orders of different proceedings are under challenge in one RPFAM, Mr. Mahapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of RPFAM seeking liberty to file two separate RPFAMs with better particulars. In support of his contention, he has filed a memo dated 29th November, 2022 (Flag-W).

Granting such liberty, the RPFAM is disposed of as withdrawn.

Certified copies of Annexures-1 and 2 shall be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopies thereof.
