Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's husband had sought regularization and before it could happen he died on being affected by COVID-19 pandemic. Hence prayers in the petition for regularization of employment of her deceased husband and consequent benefits being given to her.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner has moved Court without making a demand for justice. He submits further, opposite party no.2 first be approached and thereafter petitioner might have cause to move to Court.

Petitioner will approach opposite party no.2 with her claims. In event petitioner does so, said opposite party will deal with them expeditiously.
