Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate based on the information provided in the letter No.48 dated 1st January,2022 issued by the office of the Additional District Magistrate, Bhubaneswar, submits that the Lease Revision Case No.1 of 2018 of the petitioner has been disposed of on 17th December, 2021 in compliance of the direction passed by this Court. A photocopy of the aforesaid letter is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, we find no reason to interfere with the matter.
