Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP challenges the inaction of the local police in registering the complaint of the petitioner as F.I.R. and making proper investigation. 4.

Learned counsel for the State submits that in the meantime, the complaint of the petitioner has already been registered as F.I.R., i.e., Kendrapara P.S. Case No.543 dated 11.12.2022.

Hence, the grievance of the petitioner has been
