This writ petition has been filed for a direction to set aside/ modify the order dated 29th October, 2021 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in CP (Execution) No.07 of 2020.

Ms. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo in Court submits that the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. Hence, she prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
