1. This is an application for modification of order 14th December, 2022.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners to come with a fresh application in view of the changed circumstances since the offence under Section 12 of the POCSO Act has been added to the existing offences and the matter is seisin in the Special Court POCSO, the application for modification is not entertainable.

3. Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
