In this writ petition, the petitioner-company has prayed for a direction to the opp. parties to finalize and award the tender for transportation of paddy from Mandi/PPC to Mills in the districts of Kalahandi, Sambalpur, Bolangir and Sonepur for the KMS 2021-2022. He also prayed to declare the action of the opp. partyCorporation in awarding the job of transportation of paddy for KMS 2021-2022 to the Millers ignoring the e-tender as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the public policy.

Mr.Biswajit Keshari Das, the Managing Director of Odisha State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. is present in person pursuant to order passed by this Court 09.03.2022 in connected W.P. (C) No.37251 of 2021, who undertakes that the tender process for the year 2021-22 has already been started and the same shall be completed by 30th April, 2022, as the period of tender starts from November, 2021 and ends by 31st October,

In view of the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of.
