Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is alleged, through the Writ Petition in reference to the direction in Annexure-4 that even though the direction has been issued on 24.12.1998 to the Tahasildar, Dharmasala, O.P.3 to dispose of the proceeding after verification of O.E.A. Lease Case Order No.212/86 with field possession. There is no finality shown to such proceeding.

Considering that there is inordinate delay in executing the direction, vide Annexure-4, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court observes, in the event the direction in Annexure-4 is yet to be worked out, same may be worked out by showing outcome in the involvement of Parties likely to be affected at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.
