This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual / Physical) Mode.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the order of this Court has been partly complied by the Government. 3.

Taking into consideration such submission, it is directed that the remaining part of the order be complied by the competent authority irrespective of the name of the contemnor, because the contemnor must have been changed in the meantime. 4.

However, if the Petitioner is still not satisfied with the compliance of the order, he shall have liberty to file fresh petition of contempt for non-compliance of the order of this Court. 5.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. ........................
