This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties no.2 and 3 to place his name at sl.no.1 of the gradation list of TGT of Jajpur District above opposite party no.4 before any promotion and further seeks direction to the opposite parties to consider his case for promotion to the rank of Headmaster ahead of others along with all consequential service and financial benefits. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made objection before the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-9 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures-4 and 5, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.3 to consider the objection filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-9 taking into consideration Annexures-4 and 5, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
