The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " It is therefore, prayed that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this writ petition and issue notice to opposite parties and call for the records and after hearing allow the same by directing to opposite party no.4 to release the compensation amount in respect of acquisition of land from Khata No.192, 193, 194 and 195, Plot No.1067, 1140, 1141,1142 & 1147 of Mouza-Talmal in favour of the present petitioner including the opposite parties No.6 to 14 and proforma opposite parties, according to their entitlement being the successors of Late Laba Naik by considering the representation under Annexure-10-Series, in the interest of justice".

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting her grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.4 vide Annexure-10-Series and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned
Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-10Series, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
