1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 31.01.2022 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.
3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that the notices were issued by order dated 19.06.2019 directing to file counter within four weeks and rejoinder was to be filed within two weeks thereafter.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of the writ petition, writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
5. Learned Standing Counsel referring to the averments made in the writ petition, submits that petitioners service condition have not been affected in any manner by he not being continued in the post of Cluster Resource Centre Coordinator (CRCC).
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of.
