This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This is an application for correction of inadvertent typographical error crept in order dated 6th December, 2022. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the registration number of the vehicle bearing No.OR-15-R1264 (Truck) has been inadvertently stated as OR-15-U-1264. 4.

On verification of record, the submission is found to be correct.

In view of the above, the order dated 6th December, 2022, by which the writ petition was disposed of be corrected accordingly. Further, it is directed that the Petitioner shall pay the arrear amount of MV tax in respect of vehicle bearing registration No. OR-15-R-1264 (Truck) within a period of three weeks hence and give undertaking to the effect that he will file appeal before the appellate authority for waiver of the penalties

// 2 // and in that event, the Opposite Parties shall act in accordance the direction made in para-5 of the said order dated 6th December, 2022.

The order dated 6th December, 2022 is modified to the above extent only. Rest part of the order remains unaltered. 7.

The IA is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
