This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

This I.A. has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 29.11.2022.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the W.P.(C) No.31682 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 29.11.2022. Further, it is contended by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in 3rd and 6th lines of paragraph-6 of the said order it has been inadvertently mentioned as "Opposite Party No.1" instead of "Opposite Party No.3". Hence, modification has been prayed for also in I.A. No.3764 of 2023.

Accordingly, it is directed that in 3rd and 6th lines of paragraph-6 of the order dated 29.11.2022, it be mentioned as "Opposite Party No.3" in place of "Opposite Party No.1", rest part of the order shall

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
