Looking to the grievance involved herein, for the Petitioners have a clear remedy under the Regulation 2 of 1956, there is no scope for considering representation on such aspects. Consequently, this Court declines to entertain such Writ Petition at this stage. Petitioners, if so advised may move under appropriate law to the competent authority for redressal of their grievance.
