Since the relief sought in this writ petition is to quash the order dated 03.11.2022, but the same has not been placed on record, therefore Mr. D.P.Nanda, learned Senior Counsel along with Mr. R. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition with better particulars. 3.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
