It is submitted by Mr. Kanungo, learned Addl. Government Advocate that, the order of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar, in O.A. No.2582 of 2018 has already been complied with.

In view of such submission, the Contempt proceeding stands dropped.
