The petitioner in this writ petition seeks a direction to the Joint Commissioner, Consolidation & Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack to dispose of R.P. No.68 of 2018 within a stipulated period. 3.
Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to give such a direction. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to make a mention before the Joint Commissioner, Consolidation & Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack to take the aforesaid revision petition for its early disposal. If such a mention is made, it is hope and trust that the Joint Commissioner, Consolidation & Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack will do the needful.
