Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.1 to give equivalent status to the petitioner with B.Ed. general as per the demand made under Annexure-2 series and take immediate steps in the matter within a stipulated period.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-2 series and the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of taking into consideration Annexures-3, 4 & 5 within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party

no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-2 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexures-3, 4 & 5 within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
