This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 05.12.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that inadvertently it has been mentioned "Opposite Party No.3" in the prayer portion of the writ petition instead of "Opposite Party No.2" for which the said mistake has been crept into the order dated 05.12.2022 passed by this Court. Hence, the same may be corrected.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the prayer portion of the writ petition in Court today. 6.

Accordingly, the expression "Opposite Party No.3" occurred in the order dated 05.12.2022 be read as "Opposite Party No.2". 7.

Rest part of the said order dated 05.12.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is disposed of.

9.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
