Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties / Contemnors.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 05.04.2022 in W.P.(C) No.8499 of 2022 and order dated 17.08.2022 in CONTC No.5229 of 2022 passed by this Court has already been complied with and the same has already been communicated to the petitioner vide Memo No.6382 dated 07.03.2022 by Speed Post.

In such view of the submission, the Contempt Petition stands dropped.

The Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application in the event any cause of action still survives.
