1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 31.01.2022 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that notices were issued on 01.05.2019 directing to file counter within four weeks and rejoinder was to be filed within two weeks thereafter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter at present.

5. Learned AGA referring to the averments made in the Original Application, submits that since the date of superannuation of the petitioner was 1.11.2020, nothing would survive for adjudication at present regarding the grievance raised, i.e., promotion to the post of Additional Director, Level-II keeping in view her position in the DPC dated 11.10.2017.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
