This Civil Miscellaneous Petition involves the following prayer :

"

P R A Y E R The petitioners, therefore, pray that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit this Civil Misc. Petition, issue Rule NISI to the Opp.parties in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ and give direction to the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Koraput to conclude the trial / proceeding of the Civil suit bearing C.S.

No.107/2014 pending in the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Koraput in the district of Koraput within a stipulated time bound period fixing target;"

Considering the innocuous prayer made in this petition, this matter stands disposed of with a direction that in the event the pleadings involving the C.S. No.107/2014 are already completed and there is no impediment in conducting trial in C.S. No.107/2014, steps may be taken up by the Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Koraput for

// 2 // conclusion of the trial involving C.S. No.107/2014 within a period of six months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction the civil miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
