01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "In view of the facts mentioned in para-6 above the applicant prays for the following reliefs:

(i) To direct the respondents to release the entitlements of the applicants husband for the two spells of suspension periods treating both these periods to be as duty and to pay the applicant all the financial and other consequential arrear benefits.

(ii) To direct the respondents to release the regular family pension, Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity, unutilized leave salary and other pensionary benefits in favour of the applicant without any further delay.

(iii) To clear all arrears due from the salary as well as from pension and other retirement benefits within a stipulated time period.

(iv) To pay an amount of 18% interest on the unpaid amount in different heads as mentioned above from the date of entitlement till the actual payment is made by the authorities.

(v) To grant any relief/reliefs as deemed fit and proper."

4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of her claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

5. It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
