This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner in this CRLMP challenges the inaction of the opposite parties in investigating matter in connection with Soro P.S. Case No.175 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.403 of 2022 pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C., Soro for alleged commission of offences under Sections 341/294/427/442/379/323/506/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the State submits that after completion of investigation, Charge Sheet No.129 dated
// 2 // 3.5.2022 has been submitted before the jurisdictional court. 5.
In such view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. If the petitioner has any further grievance, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate court. In the event, such a motion is made, the said court is directed to take appropriate steps as per law.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
