This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is the successive journey of the Petitioners, who apprehend their arrest in Mohana P.S. Case No.165 of 2020 corresponding to G.R Case No.100 of 2020 pending on the file of learned Special Judge, Paralakhemundi running for the alleged commission of offence under section 20(b)(ii)(C) and section 25 & 29 of the NDPS Act, in filing this application under section 438, Cr.P.C., for their release on bail in the event of their arrest. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned State Counsel.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials as placed, while being not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners, this Application is disposed of with the observation that in the event, the Petitioners surrender before the learned Court in seisin of the case within a period of two (2) weeks hence and move for their release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order and disposed of in accordance with law by taking into account all such developments which have taken in the mean time in their
// 2 // proper perspective during the course of the day unless there stands any legal impediment.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
