1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 01.02.2022 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that by order dated 24.5.2019, notices on admission were issued directing to file counter within four weeks and rejoinder was to be filed within two weeks thereafter. The mater was not taken up/pursued after 24.5.2019.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter at present on behalf of the petitioner.

5. Learned AGA referring to the averments made in the O.A.(writ petition), submits that since the matter relates to redesignation and restructuring of the cadre

of Engineers, nothing would survive at present for adjudication.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
