Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP challenges the inaction of the IIC, Pahal Police Station (opposite party no.3) in registering the complaint filed by the petitioner on 15.11.2022 as F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and she is aged about 70 years. 5.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the IIC, Pahal Police Station, Bhubaneswar to take up the

// 2 // complaint of the petitioner, who is aged about 70 years, register the same as F.I.R. and ensure proper investigation. The said IIC is also ensure that the petitioner be protected from her sons and daughter-in-laws.

Accordingly, this CRLMP is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
