This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

The petitioner having been implicated in connection with Athagarh P.S. Case No.174 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.384 of 2020 running for alleged commission of offence under sections 341/294/354/324/326/307/34 of the IPC pending on the file of the leaned S.D.J.M., Athagarh, has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and viewing the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances, while being not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, this

// 2 // application is disposed of with the observation that in the event the occasion would so arise for consideration of the application for grant of regular bail to the Petitioner by the court in seisin of the aforesaid case, the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of early in accordance with law so as to enable the Petitioner to approach the next higher forum early in case necessity so arises.

The case record be made available at the cost of the Petitioner.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. The interim order dated 20.07.2021 stands vacated.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
