This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 1st February, 2022, after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar upon its abolition. 3.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued on 20.02.2019 and the matter was not taken up nor pursued after 12.07.2019. Counter on behalf of the respondents before the learned Tribunal was filed on 17.06.2019, copy of which has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the writ petition.

Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate referring to the counter submits that the writ petition is otherwise devoid of any merit in view of the averments made in para-6.6, 6.10 and 6.11 of the counter.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of.
