This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Chandanpur P.S. Case No. 0354 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.3497 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri for the commission of the alleged offences punishable under sections 294, 386, 387, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Explosives Substances

In view of the nature of accusation against the petitioner as per the first information report, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, I direct that in the event the petitioner surrenders and moves for bail before the learned Court below, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. The case records shall be made available to the Court concerned.

The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
