The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " In the above facts and circumstances, it is most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to the Opp. Parties and after hearing the parties this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct the Opp. Party No.3 to take all necessary steps to make payment of the compensation money of amounting Rs.10,98,013/- immediately within a stipulated period in view of his office Notice under Annexure-5 on account of land acquisition in respect to the private land of the petitioners appertaining to Khata No.731/125, Plot No.550/2317, Area, A0.75 Dec., Mouza-Benta Tahasil-Ranpur, Dist.Nayagarh for construction of National High Way No.-5 over their aforesaid land in question".

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.3 vide Annexure-9 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State

has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-9, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
