Instant I.A. is filed for extension of period for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in compliance of the direction in CRLMC No.3628 of 2022.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 3.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Rajgangpur on or before 6th February, 2023 in connection with S.T. Case No.323/42 of 2011-15 in compliance of the Court's direction dated 25th November, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.3628 of 2022.

Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly, disposed of.
